And the driving ends!

So after a 22-hour commute, I'm finally here. Nick, as usual, was absolutely incredible and came to Greenville to help me move my (excessive) belongings to Jersey. I think this is going to be a good time. Today I did all the basic errands, opened a bank account, etc. I found, however, that there is a giant cycle of new residency that doesn't work unless you can cheat the system. To get a bank account you need permanent residency, to get permanent residency you need a driver's license in-state, to get a driver's license in-state you need 6 points of ID, one of those points is an ATM card from in-state which I need from the bank that needs the license in the first place. And among all that I need to get an EZPass to pay my tolls faster and cheaper for me, but I can't get that until I have both a bank account and a driver's license!

Oh well, Nick signed for me at the bank and that broke me into the system...so it's all a matter of filling out paper work now!

I will keep everyone updated, but for now, it's time to settle in!

Wow... what a circle! If it's like that in Denver, I think i'll be really mad at that system! Well, hope everything is well for you. Word hard, play hard and eat hard! Later
